Eric was fantastic.. Anytime you are purchasing anything big; car, home, furniture, etc... sometimes it isn't always a pleasant experience. This wasn't like that. Eric treated me like family from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I drove away in my suv....I felt so comfortable, like part of the family. He is a people person. Fun to be around, and easy to talk to, and most importantly; his integrity is top notch. He didn't pressure me to sign anything, or pressure me to purchase right away. As long as Eric is here at Homer Skelton Ford; I will forever be a customer. I plan to purchase another SUV in the next year and there is no doubt where I will come when I'm ready!.

Eric explained to me options for financing and then we discussed price, payment, taxes, fees, etc. Even in the pouring down rain; he encouraged a test drive, and went with me. He showed me all the options available on the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. The whole experience with Eric was GREAT!.

Please tell us how Eric helped you with your 2013 Ford Edge

I was involved in a horrific car accident 8 weeks ago, that injured me and totaled out my suv that I loved. I knew I would be in the market for another vehicle. The accident caused lots of stress, lots of tears, and frustration. Today, I am purchasing my 2nd suv in 2 years from them.
