Eric and Stephanie were very helpful and understanding regarding my situation which has been very recent widowhood. I mentioned what I was looking for and price range. I was informed what the difference is between the EcoSport and of what I did have which is the Escape. I was very pleased with their understanding and compassion. I did not feel pressured in any way and am very happy with the outcome. If I had to get another vehicle in the future, I would not hesitate to go through the process with them again!
