It started off wonderful with the meeting of Eric and testing the car. Once we started dealing with all the finance back and forth, it became a long and timely process. I understand that is the longest aspect of buying a car, but the back and forth really starts to wear on customer's nerves and desires to buy the vehicle. I would recommend doing the very best option upfront for a customer and stop all the number haggling.
